1. How far in advance should I order?

For all of our products, please pre-order by 4:30pm at least one day in advance.

2. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer same day delivery. Our showroom has a limited selection of products daily which you may buy on the go while stocks last. We restock our showroom with a fresh batch of products daily, so please come in early to make sure you get your product!

3. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship all around Klang Valley, and are looking to expand our delivery radius soon! Make sure to stay tuned for more updates!

4. Can I opt self pick-up?

Yes, you may! We allow for the selection of self-pick up at checkout, please make sure to choose the correct option upon making your purchase.

5. Do you have a physical store to make purchases from?

1. Are your products halal certified?

All of our products are muslim friendly. The ingredients used are halal certified, and they do not contain pork or alcohol.

2. What allergens do your products contain?

Most of our products contain nuts and gluten. Please consult your doctor before consumption of any of our products.

3. Do you use chemicals in your products?

All of our products use 100% natural ingredients. We do not include additional chemicals in our products.

4. What are the care instructions?

Please consume all products within 2 days of purchase. For storage, please refrigerate all products as soon as possible after purchase.


Product Information - Petit Gâteau

1. Can I order the petit gâteau individually?

Our petit gateau is currently only available for purchase on our website in a set of four. You may purchase our petit gateau individually from our showroom (while stocks last), or at our store in Artisans Playground at Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur.

2. I can't find the product I was looking for.

In order to preserve the quality of our production, our chefs only make a selection of desserts per season. However, you may still contact us for custom orders via our customer service email or Whatsapp us at +6016 416 6569.

3. Could I mix and match in your petit gâteau set?

All products in our petit gateau set are fixed. We do not allow for substitutions or exchanges.

All of our entremets are only available as whole cakes.

Entremets: 7", suitable for 8 - 10 pax.
