Refund Policy

All our cakes and desserts are non-returnable. All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchange of orders once the items have left our premises either by way of delivery or self-pickup. We greatly prioritise your satisfaction and will thoroughly and wholly inspect our items before sending them out for delivery to you to ensure only the best quality is being sent out.

Cancellation & Amendment

Should you suddenly change your mind and want to cancel/change your order, please inform our customer service at least two (2) days before the delivery/pick up date. Failure to do so would conclude the order and item purchased will be delivered as per scheduled date and time, to the stipulated delivery location.

Upon confirmation of your cancel request, you may choose from the refund options below:

  1. Refund in cash/credit card - 7 days
  2. Refund by store credit - 24 hours

Deliveries to multiple venues, even under the same customer bill, will be charged as separate deliveries.

After the two (2) days notice period, no cancellations are allowed after the order has been confirmed unless special circumstances were being accorded on a case by case basis.

Upon receiving your orders, please inspect and ensure all your items are correct.

For any wrong or incomplete orders, please notify us within 3 hours upon receiving your item(s).  All items should be unconsumed and in its original state for a refund or exchange of product, whichever Voilà Patisserie, by discretion, sees fit.

For defective products, such as products which have lost their original textures and/or appearances or products which contain non-edible elements, please inform us within one day upon receiving the item(s). Please provide us with the necessary proof of defect for us to investigate further. All items should be unconsumed and in its original state or partially consumed (in the state that such defect was discovered) for a refund or exchange of product, whichever Voilà Patisserie, in its discretion, sees fit.

Any claims of defective items received by us after 1 day, will not be entertained.
